AgencyZoom Connector for Claude

Your AMS holds the data.
It doesn't move the work.

The AgencyZoom Connector lets your team run AgencyZoom by talking to Claude. “Find the Vance household.” “Draft renewal follow-ups for everyone expiring in 45 days.” “Open a COI ticket for this customer.” The work happens in AgencyZoom, attributed to the person who asked.

Included with the EffiZoom Marketplace plan. Up to 5 connected users per agency.

Filing cabinets don't route work.

Legacy agency systems are filing cabinets. They hold the data, and they hold it fine. What they don't do is move the work: the lookups before every call, the duplicate checks before every lead, the same follow-up task written for the hundredth time. Each one is a minute here and a minute there, and each one is a chance for a typo, a duplicate, or a missed renewal. The connector hands that work to an AI assistant without handing over control.

What your team can do with it

Roughly 85 individual actions under the hood, grouped by the job. Your team never has to think in those terms.

Find people fast and correctly

Look a customer up by email, phone, or name. Name searches come back ranked by confidence, handling nicknames and typos. When two people genuinely match, it shows both instead of guessing.

The whole picture before a call

One request assembles contact info, active status, policies, total premium, upcoming renewals, and open tasks. Not a dozen separate lookups.

Work leads through the funnel

Create leads, move them between pipeline stages, log notes, and convert won leads into customers with their policies.

Stay on top of renewals

Pull everything expiring in a window, sorted by priority, and turn it into outreach tasks in one pass.

Handle service end to end

Open, update, triage, and resolve service tickets against your agency’s real categories, priorities, and workflows.

Reach into comms

Read email and SMS threads tied to a contact, so the assistant has the same context your team does.

What the alpha cohort actually did with it

Not a demo script. These are things real agencies built and said during the alpha, shared with permission.

One owner built a commission reconciliation system on top of it. Over a weekend.

His management system was never good at tracking producer commissions, so he built his own: production and cancellation reports drop in, Claude populates the database, and it reconciles automatically against carrier statements. Then he closed the loop with the connector: after statements reconcile, it goes back to the policy and verifies the documents are attached and the tasks are complete. Nobody designed this. He mentioned it because he thought it was cool.

Agency principal, alpha cohort

A solo operator runs three daily production workflows through it: inbox to service card, lead sweep, and sold-to-convert.“One call gives me identity, policies, and notes and history together, and it's reliable for confirming a policy before I card it. Overall they save me real time, so thank you for building them.”

Solo agency operator, alpha cohort

An operations consultant, introducing the connector to one of his own prospects, unprompted:“You can type into Claude what you are hoping to have done, and it will help you manage everything, add tasks, etc.”That same confidence shows up inside the cohort: one user finished the alpha by commissioning their next custom build the same day it was quoted, sure they could set it up themselves.

Independent ops consultant

Safe to put in front of a paying team

A bad read is a wrong answer. A bad write is someone's production record. The connector is built around that reality: fix what breaks, make failure honest, and never let the assistant guess on something consequential.

Every write is confirmed, not assumed

AgencyZoom can return success even when a write didn’t land as asked. The connector reads every write back and verifies what actually stored. We don’t take the platform’s word for it.

It won’t create duplicates quietly

Before adding a lead, task, or ticket, it checks for an existing match and stops to show you. You have to explicitly say go to proceed.

Each person acts as themselves

No shared service account. Every team member connects their own AgencyZoom login once, and every note, task, and status change is attributed to that person. Audit trails stay clean.

It knows the platform deeper than the UI shows

Agent and CSR assignments don’t live on the customer record in AgencyZoom. They live on the policy rows. Most owners with a live book don’t know that. The connector does, because that layer is the backbone of routing and payout work.

Getting connected takes minutes
